Continuous handholding and expert visits ensure quality production and timely troubleshooting. To support income generation, market linkage is facilitated through local vendors, community markets, and SHG-led sales platforms, empowering women to earn a steady income and establish mushroom cultivation as a viable micro-enterprise.

The program equips women with skills in machine operation, cutting, assembling, and designing slippers, along with basic entrepreneurship development such as pricing, record-keeping, and marketing. To promote sustainability, the initiative also facilitates market linkage through local retailers, exhibitions, and SHG-owned outlets, enabling women to generate regular income and become self-reliant entrepreneurs.
For aware to the people ,PVO has take some action towards the local people regarding on Heat Stroke Disorder, Legal aid, family issue for community empowerment etc. The programme was runnig by involvement of PRI Members & Local Youth Club members etc. PVO has running Jallachhatra at different areas of 8 no. of Blocks.
For the moral and psychological development of adolescents ,Pvo organized a LIFE SKILL EDUCATION TRAINING by the support of B1G1 foundation. Youth development is a process that prepares young person to meet the challenges ofadolescence and adulthood and achieve his or her full potential .Youth development is promoted through activities and experiences that help youth develop social,ethical,emotional,physical and cognitive competencies. It is a time of development. Youth as agents of change have taken leadership to change the city through participating in local governance and take the responsibility to make the city a clean, green, safe and healthy, resilient, inclusive, planned, productive and developed. Youth constitutes a major part in the demographic structure of slums in Balasore city. This involves youth leaders of youth clubs in slums. The basic purpose is to access the quality of public services like housing and land rights and basic services in slums; to create bench mark of quality of public services for future comparisons and to empower youth to identify issues and engage with the local government to improve service delivery .This has resulted indisseminating the findings of the assessment of housing and basic services to the government and service providers. Besides this the young men and women from slum have participated in planning their slum through participatory social mapping and slum planning.PVO made an programme for youth development in Different place of Balasore District.
